We have a global customer care team in multiple time zones, but currently it appears you can only build a schedule for a single time zone. We would have to use multiple schedules for the multiple time zones, which would make it a challenge for people to easily glance and view them all at once. Is this a feature that could be considered? Right now, it is more advantageous to continue to use a single Excel spreadsheet as we can view everyone's schedule at a glance that way.
