I ask that you reconsider the ability to merge multiple conversations into single threads, similar to how you've merged multiple ideas into this one. This allows efficient organization of information to allow better discussion and collaboration on a single topic, rather than have ideas and discussion scattered around. This is also similar to many discussion boards that have the ability to merge threads to keep all the relative information in one place and easy to find.
Teams is already threaded! Just make sure to use the “Reply” button instead of the bottom compose bar when responding to someone’s previous post. That will thread the conversation.
We have been iterating on different designs and are starting to test internally. I don’t have a timeframe but will keep you posted.
This feature request is still in the works. No additional updates are available at this time. I’ll keep you posted as I hear more.
