Agree, this is the last feature teams needs for us to drop our Zoom licences and switch to Teams.
Not so much for the end users but for our Zoom Room meeting rooms. not interested in using a 3rd party to deal with this feature, it should be built into Teams.

Totally agree, We have the Zoom room app running on a PC, the Zoom room controller app running on Android tablets and the zoom room Display app running on iPads fixed to the wall outside our meeting rooms. Teams needs to match or beat this cross platform multi device architecture.

We had a Microsoft Rep ask us last week if we would like to replace our zoom rooms with Teams Rooms. the answer was straight up no.
Teams Rooms need to run on any windows 10, windows 10 ltsb and idealy windows 10 IoT device.
And needs to be controllable from an iPad or Android device like the Zoom Room controllers, so you can tuck the main computer away in a cupboard/rack somewhere. this idea of the whole room running off one PC that sits on the board room table is at least 10 years out of date.

The Teams room app should be able to run on any Windows 10, Windows 10 ltsb and Windows 10 IoT device.
Also add a room controller app for iOS and Android similar to how Zoom's Zoom room controller app works. This idea of having the Teams room computer sitting on the conference table is 10 years out of date at least.

Windows 10 IoT is great on single board computers, please create and maintain a forked image of Windows 10 IoT built specifically to be a teams room Video display.
Also add a room controller app for iOS and Android similar to how Zoom's Zoom room controller app works.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!
