    The adjustable column width would also help with Group Name visibility.

    Thanks for following our suggestion to vote this up on SharePoint. It worked! SharePoint has confirmed that they have already started working on this and I’ll be getting an ETA from them after the holidays. -Suphatra

    Perhaps an export of a channel to sharepoint files so that the export can be accessed from the team files?

    Use Case: Incident Management Conversations via Channels
    Use Case Scenario:
    1 - New incident case is opened (eg. Remedy, Jira, etc) and the IM team is notified via the creation of a channel in the IM Escalatoin Team.
    2 - All conversation related to the new incident is logged via posts in the channel.
    3 - The channel may also include attachments (eg. log excerpts, performance graph images, etc) as well.
    4 - When the incident has been resolved, the channel content is exported to the team's sharepoint file storage. Export Formats: docx, xlsx, rtf, txt, html, pdf, zip
    5 - Incident case is closed with a link to the sharepoint archive file or the file could be attached to the ticket if the size is <15MB.
