    Why is this not already a standard feature? This is replacing Skype and yet it does not replicate the contacts information available in Skype and Outlook.
    Skype and Outlook integrate well, Teams should do the same thing or Skype retirement will never happen.

    Very poor user experience compared to Skype and Outlook. Needs to be addressed urgently.
