Not having this feature is something soo basic, it obvious the lead developer doesn't understand the user base and migration paths. With companies having 100's to 10's of 1000's employees these lists and groups are crazy important and show the lack of understanding by the project designer in realizing the proper use case scenarios. Teams is currently totally unusable in my organization because this feature isn't available. I have a few hundred internal contacts sorted into lots of different groups because we have a internal user base of over 60K employees all using Skype and migrating to Teams. This is a major blocker for adaptation.
