If you open any Office document to view it from within Microsoft Teams just go to the File menu and hit Print. No need to download, screenshot or open in the rich client app.

This should be pretty basic - especially when you are trying to involve older team member that might not be used to the format. Not being able to do something as simple as print is a barrier to adaptation.

Please - this is a big barrier at adaptation organization-wide, when older team members have to download pdfs, find the pdf, open the pdf, then print the pdf - whereas in email, which they are used to, they can just simply print. Being in a newly adopting company, I have to say there are some surprisingly big gaps in Teams. Don't Microsoft employees print pdfs?
