    I kid you not, I have had the same marketing phone number call me over 20 times today alone looking for various people in our company! I have politely asked for them to stop calling and they won't! I have blocked the number but as I understand it, it only blocks them from calling my direct line, I need to be able to block them in our call que. please get this feature up and running!

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    We have had the transfer to voicemail for about a month now and It is nice to finally have, but is a lot of maneuvering around. search for the person to consult, then you have to search their name all over again to transfer direct to voice mail. But... at least we have the option now.

    It's been over a year! and still waiting!! This should have been part of the launch, not a year later and we are still waiting! At least acknowledge and give us an update, what is the expected release date for this?

    Our company made the switch a few months ago and I wish we waited for this feature! It makes it very difficult to do my job properly when people want the calls to their VM and I can't do it! When you go into meetings, you must put your TEAMS status on DND in order to not be bothered by calls. This should have been a standard feature, available from day 1.

    Microsoft, Can you please give us an update? It's kind of a joke that we don't have this feature.

    as a receptionist, not having this option makes my job that much harder! we have a lot of meetings, some with clients and some without them present, but if someone is in a meeting, they don't want the calls coming through, but the only option to get them to their voicemail is to transfer the call...
