I do all my other MS updates via SCCM, why is Teams different? I want all my users to be on the same (approved and tested) version, not necessarily the latest version.

Just like everyone else, I need to be able to install this ONCE per computer, and have it run for different users. Just like EVERY other piece of software we install.

We need to be able to configure where it is installed (i.e. Program Files, NOT in the user profile), and we need to be able to configure options globally - an ADMX file that contains preconfigured firewall rules, and other basic settings.

needs your feedback  ·  Suphatra responded

Hey everyone — Suphatra’s back! And I’m on the case with this item.

I talked to engineering and I think they don’t understand this request. The requests says “Admin App” — do you mean Admin Center? The O365 portal?

Also, what exactly do you envision for central administration — for example — what can you do now, can’t do, and would like to do with this new feature.

Your feedback will help me get the team to put more resources into this. Thank you!

    Suphatra
