    We can't even add our own MSP to group chats or Teams - very frustrating, all it needs is the ability to scope the query to include external accounts!

    Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:

    - Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook

    - Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams

    - Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

    Great news! We just started working on this for the AUDIO portion. We are still trying to determine feasibility for the video portion of your request.

    I have the Audio message option now but it fails on Android with : "Can't record a message while on a call" - i am not on a call. or "Error with recording a message"

    Have tried reboots and stopping the app etc. All other audio works fine.
