We are working on a better experience in Teams when a user is not connected to the internet. No timeline to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.

We have been iterating on different designs and are starting to test internally. I don’t have a timeframe but will keep you posted.

I also vote "Why wasn't this fixed the day after it was discovered". Very big hurdle to my company relying on Teams.
