I sometimes start a message, leave and forget to return to it for days. Please help me realize when I have left one or more of these "drafts" sitting around. Perhaps give me a filter for drafts
Something needs to get my attention when I leave a draft message sitting around.
Drafts should be visible across desktop and web application.
Perhaps give me an activity indicator for Drafts (<count>) which can be clicked to get an activity list of drafts.Roy Faltesek

Workaround: You can search for them by name, but you have do so as text, don't select them when presented; i.e. type in their name and hit Enter. The search results are poor, in that:
o each message is presented as a separate result from "Unknown User"
o when you click on a search result, you see that one message only, not the entire conversation.
o Click on the link at the top for "Conversation with Unknown User" to get the whole conversation.If you repeat these steps for the same person after showing the conversation, clicking a search result will then open the conversation (weird, but helpful).
So although somewhat painful to get there, I'm glad it's possible.
Desired functionality would be for us to be able to search for and select terminated users to access chat history without having to go through these convoluted steps. Perhaps show terminated users at the bottom of the selection list with an indicator that they are terminated.
Don't overlook the selection bug, where you can't select a large section of conversation, as that will be VERY helpful for copying a subsection of a conversation.
