    This is a real nuisance. In multiple departments are shortened office hours during summer. Now I either have to set a reminder to change the office hours and the announcment or I have to configure daily "holidays" during this time. As a holiday-object only can handle ten timespans, I then have to create multiple holidays each containing ten timespans that are identical except the date.
    The easiest way would be to make the timespans in holiday-object recurring/repeating.

    There is a workaround for this. Create a secondary account and assign either a phone or CAP-license.
    Then add the other user to the delegates of the newly created account.

    Yes, I am aware that you use two licenses this way.

    CAP-license is easier to manage because you don't need any other o365 licenses.
