Nigel Griffiths is exactly right. In HE we have Teams for cross class team working. We can't feed membership from other module/class based systems like SITS. So ideally once we subscribe them (students) its important they don't leave other wise they miss out. This is a special case compared to in Private sector and adults.

We apologize for the confusion this is causing. Your meeting attendees receive a non-mirrored video including the image of you and any text, whiteboards etc. The image and video in your Call Monitor screen is shown to you only, as if you were looking in a mirror.

We are reviewing options to make this more user friendly (including a toggle), and will update status here as we have more. But, please note there is no action needed from you to ensure attendees see the correct image.

    Thank you!

This happens (for me at least) when you feed in camera footage from a Blackmagic Web Presenter. This box of tricks takes HDMI or SDI and converts to 720p USB webcam feed. Teams Accepts this but I guess normal web cams flip the image so you see yourself the right way around. If you using a normal camera or feeding in other computer outputs into the BM Web Presenter the image is mirrored and any text is unreadable. A simple flip image button can't be that difficult to implement, in fact it a button which tells teams not to flip the image.
