This was shared in 2018. To my point about service, how can two years be an acceptable turnaround time for feature requests of a software house! Companies normally develop a whole solution in two years!

The team has delivered improvements to the New Meeting experience in Calendar such as optional attendees, richer custom recurrence UX, as well as enhanced meeting RSVPs.

What's missing now is the ability for a manager to see who's currently opted-in/out of a particular call queue. So if all your helpdesk folks have opted out there are no calls coming in and the boss thinks everything is hunkidory!! Until an irate customer calls the front desk and moans about the failure to get hold of the Helpdesk!

Unfortunately for us, until there's a way for the manager to see who's in or out we've had to turn off the ability to opt-out and manage the shift changes via the CQ group memberships which isn't ideal by any means, taking into account the challenges around propagation times and the inherent flakiness of the Teams telephony in general.

    OK rant over!

Why is this not marked as being worked on or indeed done! You can now opt-in and out of call queues via the app.

Click on the your pic in the top right corner and select settings. Then click the Calls left-hand menu and the opt-in/out buttons are at the bottom of the Calls settings on the right.

I know there are thousands of comments so MS don't have time to update them all, but this request has been done! See attached.

Are you seeing this behaviour with all your call queues? In my experience, this is a bug that's crept in with the call queue creation. I would suggest you delete the queue and re-create it. I see this post has been here for some time and I would imagine you've already sorted the issue, but since I see no response I figured I'd post as I've had a similar issue and re-creating the queue sorted it out.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Ah, I see. It isn't just 6, it's just, only 6 people searched the UserVoice using the word "scope" in their search! A deeper look into the feedback results with a more generic search i.e. "search" revealed 1000s of votes for searcing issues and that highlights a problem with this UserVoice system of reporting issues/ideas.

If Microsoft is using some sort of AI to group together the votes for similar submitted ideas then OK but then they should show the collective votes somewhere so we can see there's attention being brought to an issue/idea. And if indeed there is some sort of grouping together of the votes. Why is this issue not getting any Microsoft development time? Or is it?!
