Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

Essentially, need something along the lines of a Power User. If we consider Owners to be Admins, Members are end-users. Need layers in the middle. Some use cases: I may want to restrict channel creation to Team Owners, but allow Power Users/Moderators/etc. to create tabs and delete tabs within those channels. While restricting basic users from doing anything other than posting and reading.
Likewise, the current settings for Channel Moderation essentially require adding users on a channel-by-channel basis as moderators. Instead of having a team-wide role that can be selected.
By having only Owner/Member/Guest, you wind up with too many owners on large Teams.

This has been "Under Review" for nearly 2 years? Any update?

Cannot use 3rd party link shorteners; blocked as a security risk. Need to be able to shorten a URL to paste into other apps (such as a xMatters message).

When dialed into a meeting, users can press *6 to mute/unmute. Please see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/audio-conferencing-common-questions#what-in-meeting-dial-pad-commands-are-supported for further information.
I thought this was Skype parity, but stand corrected… my apologies. I will investigate presenter ability to unmute attendees with the feature team. Thanks all.

As others have noted, having the attendee unmute themselves is not the ask.
The functionality of mute all, as it is, is dangerous, because it automatically mutes users as they join. The lack of admin ability to unmute (only to mute) across the board is, frankly, baffling. Additionally, other than poor connectivity, one of the reasons people dial in is because they are driving. And thus may be unable to unmute. So, sure, they can unmute themselves, but that's not really the point.

Without being able to unmute, mute all is hazardous to use.

So, we've got "collapse all", but still no "expand all". What is there to review? It is a waste of time to force user to click 3,4,5, + times to see a full conversation thread, particularly as it collapses all whenever you change focus.

For Major Incident Management, conversation/chat is used for RCA by Problem Management team, as well as an artifact for audit (if needed). Yes, there is eDiscovery, but exporting the threads to a document that can be attached to the ticket is far more convenient for all parties. Trying to copy & paste a thread of any length beyond what is visible on screen is untenable. Even the built-in "Meeting Notes" is not exportable. The lack of an export feature, combined with the inability to archive channels, is extremely frustrating.

Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.
Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. "While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements"
This is pretty much why people want to pin posts. Which makes only showing them in the "Channel Info" remarkably useless.
