Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

Does it strike ANYBODY that it is EXTREMELY odd that the manufacturer of the Operating System, Development Languages, Development Tools, Cloud/Hosting Services creates a piece of software that they are NOT ABLE to optimize for either memory or performance?

Is this SHEER poor quality development / product management or is it rooted deeper in that the development languages and tools are now so poor that they are no longer effective as it relates to performance, memory, speed, CPU cycles, etc... this is one of the latest flaghsip pieces of software and it takes 500+MB to Run with 10-15% CPU utilization at IDLE!

And the response is we are "working" on performance the issue is WHY ISNT it performing to begin with it should be the smallest, lightest, fastest most optimum piece of code possible since THEY are the owners of ALL the tools.

The only conclusion that can be reached is that the entire Microsoft software, development, OS and platform systems have reached a state where they no longer have the advantage or capability to maximize their own products.

    Concerning!

Are Microsofts systems designed so poorly that it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to work together???

WOW! It's official. Microsoft has decided to support Microsoft. Who would have thunk it. Im not so sure that you should be making such a rash decision. Are you sure you dont want to reviefw it a little longer, say 3-5 years?

Dont do us any favors. Why not just make another bad decision and NOT support your own product, that makes HUGE amounts of sense!
The only "Good News" might be if your customers stop considering you a joke.
There is nothing positive about MSFT not supporting their own messaging product for federation to begin with, less when you make the "decision" not to support it publicly and even less when you say we are thinking about supporting it again but we still are uncertain if it makes any sense to support and be compatible with our OWN products!
Are you KIDDING? ! You guys are just ridiculous.

Alex, is there a reason why people have to even suggest that you integrate skype support in teams?

It would seem that being able to "communicate", the point of the product, by default makes it obvious that you need to support your OWN product to enable greater functionality.

Restricting this will not make people use Teams it will have the OPPOSITE effect.

It seems that the tenant has been updated to include SFB and Skype users, but dont see any guidance on how to use it???

Does this really need to be "requested"?
