While there is an option to Add a Logo URL, Legal URL, Help URL, or Footer, there is no way to customize what the actual content is.
Customizing the Main Phone # that Shows, how the Join Microsoft Meetings Link Looks like, and moving the Phone Number link and re-labelling.
This customization is what is needed to ensure customers are able to join properly.
As I am using the system more, I am finding some of my customers don't know the "Join Microsoft Team Meetings" is a link and don't know where to click to join the meeting.
This is the default body of my Meeting invite:
Join Microsoft Teams Meeting
+1 647-749-0227 Canada, Toronto (Toll)
Conference ID: 626 964 58#
Local numbers | Reset PIN | Learn more about Teams
It would be nice to customize the default look and information that is provided.
For example, I may not want to specify the Country of the phone number.
Or I may want to rename "Local Numbers" and move the link to a different area on the page or change the default title of "Join Microsoft Team Meetings".
I wasn't even aware of this function until I looked here.
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could turn "Audio Off" for others that join as they often call in on the phone and have feedback through their computer speakers.
This feature is planned and we’ll update as we know more details.
Regarding recurring meeting invites, the meeting link is unique so you can use the same meeting link for all instances.
I would also like a Custom Code that could be used.
As an example, in Join.Me, I can have my own code of either a Pre-Assigned Number (a static meeting number) or a friendly name that is mine going forward.
This way instead of having to create different meetings with random codes, I can simply add my code on to all of my meetings for consistency such as:
I also find this problematic. It works easily for sending a link, however if I want to reference something, that is something that is not shareable verbally.
A Short Link such as https://teams.microsoft.com/f3jfo32po32j would be much more manageable and preferred.
