Yes, we were looking for a similar solution for our Teams roll out.

Use a Team instead of just a Group Chat if you are trying to set up an in-office team. Group Chats seem to be for blasting messages to multiple people, while Teams are set up to give users a space for organized work.

I've tried multiple configurations and nothing is producing the desired behavior. i've used two different speakers: a usb soundbar and also 3.5 mm jack speakers. when they were plugged in they were set to default device. i have a usb headset plugged in and set as default comms device.

In Teams my device settings are both set for the headset.

In the OS my output is my speakers and my input is a device that is not the headset.

Every sound (browser, system) comes out of my speakers, even the ringback if I'm calling out in Teams, but the Call Incoming notification only rings in the headset.

    Why?!
