Hey Microsoft Teams users — I want you to weigh in on new features around channels and group chats. The engineering team and I have put together this survey to find out how you want to see channels improve. You can fill it out here:

And I’m still waiting on approval to get you a good update about Private Channels. I can say that we ARE working on it, fervently.

Thanks and ping me any time, for anything at all: or I’m a little behind on email but catching up, so apologies for delays there!

Cool so this is far and away the most requested Teams feature but it's been 26 months since this was first suggested, 700 days since you said you were "working on it," and 12 weeks since your last update, which was really just another survey. Which I can't even view.

No where else but Microsoft would this count as sufficient progress, sufficient communication, sufficient responsiveness to your literal paying customers. I don't think I'm being entitled when I demand a response from you, not just about this feature, but about your persistently terrible lack of transparency.

Can you actually say you are "working on it" when 700 days have passed and there's not even a timeline, even a basic feature description?? What is the point of "UserVoice" when you don't listen, don't respond, really entirely ignore the voice of your users?? For the last update on this feature, I literally went into your twitter feed. Why am I doing that??

Well I'm done. We're now looking at other vendors for solving our collaboration problems, because I have nothing, nothing at all, to share with my team on this. 1100+ licenses.
