This was a critical feature for us BEFORE we migrated to Teams. When we specifically asked the Microsoft Support Tech, "Will these instructions work for recording regular calls, and not a meeting?", his reply was "Yes it is designed to work as long as the feature is enabled by the IT Admin". Now, after migrating off our old system, we find out that this is NOT a feature of teams, so we're stuck. Please educate your techs to give out the correct information, and please add this feature ASAP.Matthew Hunt supported this idea ·
