Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

In exactly the same boat here. Teams is virtually useless for chat as the notifications are missed all of the time. Awful.

This. The Teams rollout and management tools are useless. How can we roll this out to the business when it doesn't install silently, opens full screen after install and every subsequent update and doesn't set itself as the default chat app for Office?

This needs to happen NOW!!! I can't believe this has been released without these controls. Who wants an huge Teams box opening up everytime you login? No-one! The ability to open in the background needs to be configurable by GPO.
