    Looking forward to this.

In the meantime, a great solution is to expose the already existing Group calendar for the Team.

To add a group calendar to a team channel you can create a Website tab and paste in the calendar URL. The problem is that the calendar URL is inaccessible for modern teams because the underlying Office 365 Group is hidden.

You have to run a PowerShell cmdlet to enable Group visibility. Connect to Exchange Online in PowerShell (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/exchange/exchange-online/connect-to-exchange-online-powershell/connect-to-exchange-online-powershell?view=exchange-ps) and then run the following cmdlet:

    Set-UnifiedGroup -Identity "<Group Name>" -HiddenFromExchangeClientsEnabled:$false

Then you can get the calendar url and add it to a Teams "website" tab (many posts online for how to do this) For example, https://www.tecklyfe.com/microsoft-teams-how-to-add-the-group-calendar-to-teams/

Once it's set up, remember to go into the Group setting and adjust the group mailbox settings to Stop Following in Inbox, otherwise people will start getting a LOT of unnecessary emails every time a meeting is created and replied to.

    Image attached.

    Hope this helps!

    Jesse

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

It's nearly impossible to conduct any sort of review, walk-through, or countless other types of meetings where the lead needs to annotate something on a team members' screen. Typically, I resort to requesting control. At least then they can see my cursor, but even that is so buggy, that I hesitate to use it. Half the time it is super laggy (internet speed is not the issue), or disables their ability to click. So it is not an acceptable alternative to a true annotation ability.

@rok. this does not work. The email sends so it looks like it works from the sender's persepctive, but it isn't actually received by anyone.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

This issue is in our backlog, but we wanted to share a workaround that may help in the meantime. You may run into this issue if your Outlook client is logged into a different account than your Teams client.

As a workaround, when you join the meeting, make sure your Outlook client and Teams client are logged into the same account that the meeting was scheduled from.
