Teams doesn't work with Android Auto, so when in car, Teams is ringing, but I can't stop it and I can't answer the call (phone is not in reach, AND must not be operated while driving by law in germany).

Furthermore Teams App does not handle a call situation properly (incoming calls on the mobile net mess up everything when a Teams call is active.

Last but not least there's virtually no situation where I'd prefer calling over data on the ****** germany mobile networks.

So please: we need an option to disable incoming calls on the mobile app!

@Microsoft: Please take into consideration, that this behavior is potentially a direct violation of EU GDPR-regulations: depending on the information that is supposed to be deleted, users have the *right* to demand a complete removal - this definitly needs to be possible to be GDPR-compliant.

Same here on Moto G7plus (Android 9): Answer-button results in text showing "Connecting...", but it continues ringing until my voicemail kicks in after 20 secs. There's no difference wether the device is locked before the call or not.

Similar here: Both logged in (Desktop+Mobile), both linked to the same bluetooth headset. Hitting the Answer-button on the headset result in a 50:50 lottery to get the call on mobile or desktop.

Secondly: in Germany we don't have a good cellphone network - so Teams-calls via mobile data is usually quite unusable. I'd wish to be able to switch of call-routing to the mobile app completely and redirect my calls to my cellphone number instead.

This is quite an issue in Germany and many other european states as there are heavy fines for using mobile phones when driving (disregarding the general supidity of something like that).

The result of the this situation is, that using Teams in any manner in-car is - in fact - prohibited by law unless there'd be an Android Auto/Car Play Intergration.

Very important feature. The lack of Android Auto support is the only cause why our workers are still using Telegram when they're on the road.

There are two issues that make Teams unusable as external communcation solution:

1.) (as requested by most comments here) we need to be able to communicate to external Skype (and Skype for Business) Users directly and without having to add them as guests and making them switch tenants when they want to see what's happening.

2.) the same - and even more so - goes for external Teams users. This tenant-switching nonsense could be - at best - seen as poor workaround, but NEVER as a valid solution!

We are working on the release of the Tasks application in Microsoft Teams that will aggregate data from Microsoft To-Do, Planner and Outlook with more capabilities on the way. You can see Planner data in Kanban views today, and the Tasks app will continue to support that view. In January we announced task publishing which will release with the new app. Get an overview at https://youtu.be/rTATVGroEsQ.
