    Seems we have MoH for Desktop Teams now, but still waiting on IP Handsets.
    Also, there's still no Music for Transfer, just Consult Transfer. So kind of a half win so far.

    My daughter made a string can telephone today, it even has seashore sounds during consultative transfer

    I'd prefer to hear crickets than deathly silence during a consultative transfer.
    People are having to warn the caller of the deathly silence so they won't hang up during the process.

    Testing on Yealink VP59 and still on hold after 31 mins... with no music on hold on Teams Handsets yet either :(

    The solution to enable Enterprise Voice is still to add the admin role: Skype for Business admin,
    as Teams Service Admin role is insufficient. (Adding a call plan enables Enterprise Voice automatically).

    Yes please, ability to have conditional Caller-ID so agent can appear as local service number when calling a particular area/country code.

    Yes please, same sort of after-hours scheduling at auto-attendants have. Also ability for Admin's to change/set.

    Sources tell me that, there is a fix in testing that is currently scheduled for rollout end of May. Testing indicates call queue answer delay is reduced from 3-5 secs to 0.8 seconds.
