    The solution to enable Enterprise Voice is still to add the admin role: Skype for Business admin,
    as Teams Service Admin role is insufficient. (Adding a call plan enables Enterprise Voice automatically).

    Yes please, ability to have conditional Caller-ID so agent can appear as local service number when calling a particular area/country code.

    My daughter made a string can telephone today, it even has seashore sounds during consultative transfer

    I'd prefer to hear crickets than deathly silence during a consultative transfer.
    People are having to warn the caller of the deathly silence so they won't hang up during the process.

    Yes please, same sort of after-hours scheduling at auto-attendants have. Also ability for Admin's to change/set.

    Sources tell me that, there is a fix in testing that is currently scheduled for rollout end of May. Testing indicates call queue answer delay is reduced from 3-5 secs to 0.8 seconds.
