The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

Hi, obviously we can open Teams in different Browser sessions. On main issues was, that if you switch to another Tenant / Company you loose your phone systems capabilities and this is a showstopper!

Main Issue is, that phone calls using teams will result in a not reachability if being connected to another organisation.

Azure AD Contact List resolution is a MUST as we have to move from Skype to Teams and this feature is urgently necessary - also adding a CTI Interface to spawn external applications for recognized numbers or users.

CTI and Caller recognition is a MUST migrating skype to teams. We urgently need a working client SDK / API to migrate hundreds of customers. This is a real blocking point!

This is more than poor - this is a deadlock!
We have a customer with 90 car selling agencies and he urgently needs this feature for servicing and front line workers - but they do have iOS devices only!
