As we announced at Microsoft Ignite 2019 this morning, we are excited to confirm that Multi-window capabilities are coming to Microsoft Teams, and will start rolling out to the public ring early next year!

    Thanks,
    Alex & the Teams team

It would be great if chats were dockable -- someone (like me!) who wants them the way they are now can leave the chats docked, but people who want multiple windows could un-dock specific chats

If this is implemented, it should be a user-selectable option. I absolutely hated having to switch between a dozen different windows in Skype (my current Skype installation has collapsed all of those windows into a single window where you switch between conversations along a left-hand navigation bar, and I considered this to be a great UX improvement).

This is a fundamental flaw in Shifts -- and I'd like new adds to the Team to pop into the Shifts plan as well. For a small group, having to add the six people in the group into the Shift plan may not seem inconvenient, but individually adding my thirty members was a HUGE waste of time. For Shifts managers, their first experience with Shifts is frustrating and time wasting -- not exactly the initial impression you want with an application.

If a significant number of organizations *don't* want the Shifts plan auto-populated from Team members, provide a Boolean "Keep Shifts membership in sync with Team membership" type of configuration parameter. Even a UI component to multi-select from current Team members would be an improvement.

I have experienced this problem as well. It appears that *owners* can only delete connectors when the Team is configured to allow *members* to create/modify/remove connectors. As a work-around, I can configure my Teams space to allow members to modify connectors, remove the connector, then restore my desired permission configuration. This is not ideal, and I would like Team owners to be able to delete connectors without modifying Team member permissions.

I agree as well - this is a terrible implementation. I have had people mis-click the "next slide" button when perusing my slide deck & inadvertently take control. Yes, I can take control BACK, but the meeting has been disrupted in the process.

The cleanest approach would be to restrict those who *can* take control, then I do not need to interrupt my presentation to *grant* control to the one or two other people who need to control the presentation. But using 'request' instead of 'take' would be an improvement.
