    There's a lot of chatter about custom reactions. I care more about the addition of a simple thumbs down reaction than making things complicated with too many custom reactions. Custom emojis may be good, but reactions should be limited IMO. That said, controlling which reactions are allowed via a Teams policy might be nice.

    Pop-out windows ignore the Teams policies. We have edit/delete disabled, but in a Pop-Out, edit is enabled and we can't turn it off.

    It's very sad that the only way to apply some policies is by using MCAS through an additional license. How could this be overlooked for so long??
