    if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

    The "Try This Instead" is not appropriate. Moderating a channel should make it better, not increase the noise (and lose replies). Please address the real issue here, and let Mods move Conversations to different Channels in a Team.

    Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

    I do not need this. If anything, I need it to be MUCH shorter so it will not distract me. The toast is also too big.

    Please Please Please change this. It happens when I am presenting, it happens when I've set my status to DND, it happens when my status is set to Focusing -- I only enabled that MyAnalytics "focus time" feature to try to stop this, like it said it would, but all it does is send my calls to the Feed and then start flashing in the taskbar. Which doesn't help me focus. It's pointless and 100% frustrating.

    We need the Global notifications settings to include Teams. It's ridiculous that I cannot set ForegroundFlashCount to what I want and have Teams obey it.
    It is ALSO ridiculous that when I am set to Focusing, it still doesn't stop the orange flashing. I begrudgingly started using the "MyAnalytics" from O365 specifically so I could control Teams messages, but it only blocks calls (and THEN SENDS ME A NOTIFICATION OF A MISSED CALL).

    Give us back our control over notifications. This is absurd.

    Today someone added me to a new Team while I was screen-sharing in a meeting, yes a scheduled meeting on my calendar when my status was clearly "Presenting." The result was notifications and banners, EVERYWHERE. Who the heck thinks allowing audible notifications along with flashing orange taskbar buttons and obtuse banners sliding in is appropriate?! This is not expected behavior from any modern app. Please just fix notifications so we can have global mute control. And stop it with the flashing orange taskbar button when I'm presenting! Good grief.

    As the last status states, we have been testing for several months.  Although many people have asked for this feature, we received a similar amount of feedback from other users that they prefer the Teams notifications and don’t want them changed.  We are currently testing a feature for users to choose between Teams notifications & Windows notifications.

    Listen, if we could just have the option to configure our teams notifications properly WITHIN teams, integration w/ Win10 notifications would be less of an issue. But I really don't have the control I want over Teams notifications within the app. Why have you guys not fixed this yet? You don't have to integrate if you just fix it inside the app to begin with. Most of these options I am given in the Teams app aren't what I need. It's false control.

    PLEASE. Pinning Favorite people isn't a viable solution to this -- I chat with more people than just my favorites, and need to be able to recall those chats quickly. If we separate out the meeting chats into their own subgroup (which can PLEASE be minimized & hidden, since only 1 out of 50 meetings has useful chat that I need to access later), then I would be able to see important, recent conversations without them getting lost in the 5 meetings I attend every day!

    I should note you've got a solution for this already, but it's upside down. I can filter OUT my personal chats, and view only Meeting chats, but not the other way around. What the heck are you thinking?! Just add the ability to filter chats to ONLY individuals! Why is this not already part of the search / filter? C'mon.
