Any updates on this would be great!
We can always paste the link to a Forms poll but we want to have it in Teams for that top end user experience (not sending guests to the browser)

Currently the status seems to be that guests in a team can't answer if quick polls are created with MS Forms or Teams survey.

Listed here as known Teams limitation:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/known-issues/cannot-send-poll

However, there're unconfirmed reports of it working when switching to anonymous form in Teams.

See answer from oct 29th 2020, with screenshots in this thread:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/polling-in-microsoft-teams-how-to-include-external/02f9a026-25c6-4fa5-93a9-a097ebf66e20

Update: I can confirm that a native poll in Teams using MS Forms did work for external guest users. I'm however on an internal future build of Teams but still a remarkably interesting insight today! Doing a poll in a Team with around 800 members (mostly external guests) today. So far so good 👍

Hey all! Not sure if it will include audio but a "Custom branded meeting lobby" will be available later this year with an add-on. $12/month/user.

Before you think it's too expensive, note that "Only the meeting organizer needs the add-on. No one else."

Workaround💡: With dynamic membership - team members cannot leave a team.

Based on rules in the AD - All students with attribute "Class 7B" in the AD would belong to the team "Class 7B" and cannot leave.

However, because membership is then controlled by rules, you lose the ability to add/remove students manually to the team. You can read everything about it here and see if it's a good fit for your needs:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/dynamic-memberships

Thank you for your continued feedback! We are happy to share that we have rolled out 800+ emojis to our Desktop and Web platforms, with Mobile rolling out in the coming months. This update includes 6 skin tone options, different genders for applicable emojis, and emojis featuring people with disabilities. Please note that you can also add native OS emojis using “Win + .” shortcut in Windows and “Cmd + Ctrl + Space” in MacOS.

Today, you can add a custom meme with your own caption in the Sticker/Memes feature. To learn more, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/send-an-emoji-gif-or-sticker-in-teams-174248c9-e64d-4de1-9f41-3199cc0751ad.

    Hey guys!

No need to wait for features to be standardized. Just add a teamsapp with the functionality!

I get it. I'm a Microsoft employee and I know it can be tough to wait for awesome features...so don't!

Self-expression is core to Teams culture. This app template is a messaging extension that enables your users to share custom stickers and GIFs within the Teams chat experience. This template provides an easy web-based configuration experience where authorized users can upload and manage the GIFs/stickers/images returned by the app

To use your own custom content - got to GitHub and create your own teamsapp

Had a customer request today for admins to be able to delete chat messages in normal teams meetings (not connected to a team). Theoretical use case was to remove inappropriate content, threats or racist remarks from external meeting participants (citizens) in the meeting chat. Happy to see this is being worked on!

Many questions from customers on this. Please provide a more recent update to the status of this feature currently in status "planned" for more than one year (March 14th 2019 at the time of this post)

Thank you for your feedback! We are hard at work improving the Shifts app experience including adding recurring shifts. In the meantime, we wanted to share some tips and tricks to help with some pain-points mentioned:
    1) Make Edits to Your Schedule (Delete, Undo, Minor Copy Edits): Shifts works similarly to Excel in certain regards, so make sure to highlight shifts with your mouse and utilize keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+Z) to copy, delete, or undo actions. We find it helpful doing this particularly in month view and week view.
    2) Copy Button: Use the copy button on the top right to copy any timeframe you need for the entire schedule.
    3) Search for Shifts in Creation Phase: When creating a shift, utilize the search command to find shifts that have already been created in the past.

We’ll keep you posted when we have more news!

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

    Hi guys!

Any status update on this feature? I have several customers asking for this feature in order to move away from email. Saving attachments directly to a channel in the interface is the key.

    @product team:
There's a great discussion and visualization of the solution here:
