    Definitely agree w/ this need. Either make this an optional thing, or make it the default that all unmuted appear before all muted (and then sort by name as usual within each group).

    Agreed! This makes it very difficult to tell what is actually wrong.

    Could this kind of error also be sent to the Activity log?

    Still waiting for this, and it's still not on the Roadmap. :(

    The commercial version of the Whiteboard app (which we cannot use) appears to work very well, though. We'd love to have that!

    Our users are clamoring for this, and they're looking at other solutions. Very frustrating as an IT professional to not be able to offer any timeline for when to expect this from MS.

    Incidentally, if you navigate to a meeting event via the Calendar within Teams, there is a "Whiteboard" tab at the top of the screen... it just doesn't do anything. Clicking on it causes the window to flash/reload, but nothing comes up.

    I'm guessing this shouldn't actually be there for GCC tenants, but was overlooked?

    The menu within a meeting in Teams does not show any whiteboard option, nor do the "Share" options.

    We've tried using OneNote as a whiteboard alternative, but it's awkward to switch between the meeting and the OneNote tab (and more awkward to share the screen and then also have others interact in the OneNote). Also, there is a long delay between drawing something and having it appear on others' screens -- we measured about 8 seconds minimum delay generally. This can be very frustrating.

    We've been waiting so long for this that we are now evaluating other products, especially since we don't have any timeline for availability or even an idea whether this is being evaluated for GCC.

    Absolutely agree.

    It is incredibly frustrating to not have any idea when features may be available, or whether features may become available at all.

    We understand that there are extra precautions necessary as GCC tenant, but it would at least be nice to know:
    - Whether features are being evaluated at all for inclusion in GCC, or even being considered for evaluation. If the don't know that the feature is planned for evaluation, then we will evaluate other products. A status of "evaluating" without a target date would be OK!
    - If there is any kind of timeline, even a very broad one, for when features may be evaluated or implemented, etc. Feel free to under-promise and over-deliver!

    This would be great!

    It'd be nice if:
    - it had a countdown timer ("3 minutes until next meeting starts")

    - it said how many others were already in the meeting ("3 other people are already in the meeting")

    - it showed multiple meetings in case double-booked, and perhaps offered them as a drop-down or just stacked list w/ each having its own join button.
    -- Could sort in order of Show As / Acceptance status ("Busy/Accepted > Tentative > Free")?
    -- Or use other attendees' position in hierarchy to sort? The more "higher ups" in the meeting, the higher it sorts? :)

    - there were a configurable or suggested default "Decline" text that could be sent when declining, or in above case if choosing one of multiple simultaneous meetings
