Number 2 is under review? You don't realise there are many complaints about this on various forums? This should be a per-user setting, not even an admin setting. Businesses are making mistakes because staff are missing crucial information in conversations because of the auto-collapsing feature. Seriously - let each user decide whether conversations should auto-collapse.

Another gripe - you scroll back up a conversation and you have to wait for the thread to re-load. Why? Why not just keep it in memory so I'm not constantly wasting time? Often the images won't reload at all.

Next, it is not practically possible to select a lengthy stretch of conversation to copy it out of Teams because of this constant reloading business. Argh.

Also, Why should downloading documents always go to the Downloads folder? Why not prompt me to choose a save location?

Teams is slick in many ways and shows good promise, but some very basic usability issues are left wanting.

This was raised 12 months ago in TechCommunity and I see no official MS response anywhere. So typical - think you can best guess what we want to do with our tools. Ever see a spanner jump out of a toolbox and start pulling apart your car engine the way it thinks best? No. Me neither. Fix please.

It takes 8 months to enable a "save location" dialogue box?

Great response admin Warren (that you're considering it) - here's a thought: give a config option to display the tabs separately or merged, then users can decide. I've seen this approach adopted in other software such as Pivotal Tracker - an agile project management site like Trello with story cards, where users can choose to view Backlog and Current as two separate lists, or a single merged list with the Current cards as a set above the backlog cards. In Teams I would much rather scroll my mousewheel to navigate up to team chats and down to individual chats than have to click separate tabs.
