    We could even live with the dial pad not working, if pick up and hang up were at least handled properly. There are plenty of USB headsets that can handle pickup/hangup signalling to Teams, so I'm hoping this at least is an easy fix.

    All our users have headsets they use for the majority of their calls, and Skype certified speakerphones built into their Dell monitors.
    If the calls only ring on their headsets and they're not wearing their headset, that's bad.
    If making it ring on their speaker means answering the call with the mouse answers it on speakerphone, that's also bad.
    Need this feature.

    Big issue for us too. It's the very senior people in the company who are most often trying to set up conference calls while on the run, and most likely to invite important people from companies we do business with. iPhone and iPad support for this is a must have.
