Thank you for your reports. We released client and service updates this week, that address many MacOS-specific performance issues. We are also aware of recent performance issues with Microsoft Teams meetings, especially on laptops and when using external monitors.
The team is working to resolve these issues. In the meantime, please find troubleshooting information here: https://docs.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/known-issues/teams-slow-video-meetings-laptops-4k.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

Incredibly frustrating, especially as you seem to be able to choose either a page or a section to link to as you set up the ON tab - Teams seems to completely ignore what you choose so why present the choice in the first place.
I don't recognize the behaviour described here by others though. To me it seems that OneNote shows me the most recent page I was last on when I revisit the ON tab - which, as someone put it, turns ON to a useless, single page note for an entire channel in Teams. Navigation pane by default is a must, and if you choose to link to a single page instead, that link has to be permanent so the tab points there every time!
