In support of COPY/PASTE feature for a (Wiki)page between different Teams! I have two/three Teams for which some basic info is the same, but the majority of info is not for the same member group - hence the different Teams. I decided to use a Wiki page for that basic/general info/rules -there could be several of those pages in future- and being able to simply copy the whole page(tab) and paste it to an other Team would make things so much easier! Perhaps also useful for other types of pages(tabs) (?) although in my case currently only relevant for Wiki. Thanks for considering this.
Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:
- Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook
- Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams
- Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

We are currently testing the new Tasks app internally. We will share an update as soon as it’s available.
if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.
Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.
This is working today in the web client on Edge & Chrome. The team is actively investigating feasibility in the desktop client.
We are working on the release of the Tasks application in Microsoft Teams that will aggregate data from Microsoft To-Do, Planner and Outlook with more capabilities on the way. You can see Planner data in Kanban views today, and the Tasks app will continue to support that view. In January we announced task publishing which will release with the new app. Get an overview at https://youtu.be/rTATVGroEsQ.
This item remains on the backlog.
This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.
