We are happy to inform you that you are able to join meetings by choosing “Call me” from the join dropdown on iOS & Android. To use this feature, you need to provide a phone number where you can receive a phone call. If the call is accepted, your meeting audio will switch to the cellular connection. Your personal and work phone numbers, if added to your account, will be available for selection automatically.

The team is working to release this feature for Desktop. I don’t have dates to share at this time, but will keep you posted.

    Thanks!

+1 here. Typing my phone number over and over is infuriating. I don't want to use VOIP no matter how easy you make VOIP and/or how hard you make it to use my phone.

We are actively working on developing a solution for this. I will update when this gets to testing/validation.

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

I am reading comments about small numbers and/or subtle color changes in the Teams icon when you have notifications/activity pending. I don't see any of that.

My ask in this regard is simple. If I have ANY "activity" pending, the Teams Icon in the Notification Tray should indicate that. I want to be able to leave my desk, come back, and instantly know if anything in Teams requires my attention...without having to open the Teams app or scan my e-mail or be forced to turn on mobile notifications to get pinged about every little thing.
