It's great that you've fixed the keyboard shortcut for this (which didn't use to work), but really, a lot of users aren't that PC literate and don't remember keyboard shortcuts. This option should be in the context menu!

This is still being worked upon and making good progress! Stay tuned for additional updates.

I realise this is tagged as "working on it", but I now have the ability to enable notifications (I was prompted whenever I opened Teams in the browser), but having done so, I'm not actually receiving any... are you (Microsoft) aware of this issue?

I don't think this is just iOS? I can't seem to do it on Windows desktop app or on the website. When uploading a file as an attachment to a conversation it does not give me any choice of where to upload it, it just uploads it to the root. Am I missing something, or is this not possible yet?

Obviously I know I could go to the Files tab or to the document library in SharePoint and upload the file where I want it before starting a conversation but this is inefficient and many users won't bother, leading to an inevitably chaotic library of unorganised files all directly in the root folder.

Definitely - especially for things like Planner - such a small change could make such a big difference!

The feature team is still reviewing, there is lots of discussion about this item and I hope to have a decision soon.

Thanks for following our suggestion to vote this up on SharePoint. It worked! SharePoint has confirmed that they have already started working on this and I’ll be getting an ETA from them after the holidays. -Suphatra

We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided to us on this forum and thank you for your patience.
