This is still under review, no decision has been made. But I will keep following up with the feature team and providing them your feedback.

this is what I'm also looking for. I need to know who and when exactly read a message/post in Teams. This option is usually available in mobile messengers, no problem.

Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.
Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:
- Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook
- Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams
- Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

I'm using both Teams and BSkype on the same computer via headphones with a mic.
BSkype has no issues, while in Teams I have an option to use either PC Speakers + PC Mic or Headphones(speaker) and PC Mic, but no option to use Headphones MIC!
People are always complaining that sound from me is very low. As soon as I switch to BSkype - all is perfect. Also Teams doesn't recognize if headphones are plugged in during a call - I use standard 3.5mm jack. BSkype recognizes no problems.
Not only "mute" buttons, but all other buttons which support Skype, like hang up, pick up the phone buttons.
They are active for Skype, but not for the Teams.
e.g. I have those buttons on my HP Elitebook laptop and the led indicators which are working with Skype are inactive with Teams.
