I think this should be working. I'm in a PowerPoint-initiated Teams Meeting right now and I see the Presenters mouse pointer. Hopefully someone from MS jumps in here....

Separate tabs, or add a "pop out" feature that detaches that specific chat from the main chat window. And vice-versa - be able to tack the same chat window back in to the main Teams chat window.

Yes, this is a Teams related request. And it's still a big problem. Microsoft doesn't make it easy at all to enter building/site data in to Teams. Maybe it's fine for very small networks, few office locations. But if you are managing Teams in a large environment with many office locations, different capabilities for each building, etc the existing method doesn't work at all.

I've just recently experiernce this same problem. The MS Teams client (v1.2.00.17057) has virtually no predictable pattern as to when a policy will be updated. I've seen it take minutes, hours and now days for a simple policy adjustment to propogate down to the client. There needs to be a setting that controls this from the server side, and a means fromthe client to force a policy update. I have proven that a logout does not work nor does exiting the app completely and restarting. A policy change I made three days ago just appeared now.

This would be a great feature to add, and then control by policy. You may not want this to apply to all users. Being able to hit record after a meeting has started and having it capture everything back to when the meeting started would be very handy.

The team is happy to announce that this functionality is now available through the Presence Graph API which is now in public Beta! We have additional functionality planned for the API so please keep checking back for updates.

Please note that this is a beta version of the API and may be subject to change. Use of these APIs in production applications is not supported.

    - Online documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/presence?view=graph-rest-beta

    Enjoy!

    Not working.
Just upgraded to 5.2.16 and I'm running in TeamsOnly mode. No sign of MS Teams support in this latest version, though it is listed now in the list of updates on the Embrava site.

+ several hundred on this! We had invested in these while using S4B (and other platforms). I would assume MS very much wants to deliver this and I'm shocked it's not already there!

Why would Microsoft NOT enable this ASAP? This is an easy win for Teams users. Let's get this DONE!

This should have been a NATIVE feature day one. How can MS think to roll out a VoIP/Video Conferencing solution without the ability to control bandwidth or even the abilities at a per user level? To me, Teams is still in beta. Too many core functions are still missing.

As the last status states, we have been testing for several months.  Although many people have asked for this feature, we received a similar amount of feedback from other users that they prefer the Teams notifications and don’t want them changed.  We are currently testing a feature for users to choose between Teams notifications & Windows notifications.

We will update you as work progresses.
