    The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

    Experiencing the same problem, seemingly randomly. The Meeting policy in Teams Admin (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/meetings) only has whether Chats are enabled or disabled (ours Enabled for global policy) there's no further customization in the admin center that would explain why this happens.

    I have noticed it seems to happen with large meetings only, maybe over 100 connected and depends when you joined the meeting (early joiners see chat, late joiners don't)

    Is this by design? There is no recorded Known issue for this. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/known-issues

    At my organization, we see the Info pane most of the time, except for meeting series where the Conference ID is completely broken. In these cases the info pane icon is grayed out, and we see the "Info pane is disabled by policies" message. For us, we have seen this but only when there is an issue with the conference info-- something broke on the Microsoft side where we cannot connect to the conference ID. It had nothing to do with policies as we've set things up correctly and they work most of the time. For this specific 'broken conference ID' issue, the only resolution is to cancel the Teams meeting and generate a brand new one.

    Definitely need the ability to add another call (effectively "three-way calling") when on a Teams PSTN Call with an external phone number. There are plenty of use cases where we need to do this and there is no good work-around!

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    I agree. Though you can work-around this by telling the employee to hit the decline button, this is not an acceptable work-around in many situations.

    Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.
