    Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

    currently, you have to switch guest users to be in your tenant to see chat's with your org.
    Shouldn't require that for user to user chat's.
    Should be able to chat across tenants without switching profiles.
    This needs to be fixed ASAP.

    The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

    really need to get some updates on this; org is starting to do more with teams & push to shut down s4b & this is a fighting point.
