Thank you for your feedback. The team is currently planning for a profile editing experience for Guests that will include changing profile images as well as updating display names. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

WORKAROUND: load the file in a channel (Sharepoint) and share the link via chat. Note: it is not private though.

Also, may need a feature to merge channels because this "move feature" doesn't exist yet. For example, I retired a channel in a retired team. And "restarted" a channel in an existing team. Would be nice to merge them to keep all of that great history.

Definitely needed. We started out with too many teams. Now we want to consolidate without losing previous conversations. Solution: Move and rename channels from retired teams to other team.

Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

This is a critical feature. Please make sure you differentiate between owner pins and other users if you are going to allow everyone to "pin".

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!
