Due to prioritization of other work-items this has been moved to the backlog. We will update when it is being actively worked on again.
We’re currently working on defining a compact mode experience. I will post more details when we have more to share.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered for testing the Office 365 group calendar. The TAP team will be reaching out as we are closer to being ready.
We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided to us on this forum and thank you for your patience.

At the moment, if I attach a meeting to a channel, EVERYONE in the team gets the invite.
An example: There's a construction project, and I am responsible for all IT, communications and security sub-projects for the construction site.
This means I have a single project, with about 10 sub-projects - I don't want to break this into 10 teams, but rather want to keep everyone (internal and external) working as one team.
But, when I want to meet with the guys responsible for the access control systems, I now have to organize the meeting outside of Teams, as otherwise everyone else will be invited as well.
This is in the works! Fill out this survey if you want to influence the feature: https://microsoft.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_esTxHdABLQxKLvn
