    This is basic app behavior... I'm stunned that MS hasn't addressed this issue, especially after seeing all the votes and comments here.

    Please correct this massive oversight.

    Indeed... it's three more screen taps each time I start Teams, and it's starting to annoy..

    This missing feature is what is keeping my team from migrating to MS Teams... we're working on the move, but I'm getting resistance because the team wants to be able to #TagThings!
