Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.Clive Hornsby commented
I am in multiple Teams across multiple Organisations/Tenants and it takes forever to change Tenants on my desktop.
It is way faster on my iPhone 6 App which has less resources, so it can be done.
Unless the performance issues are resolved my teams will not use Teams.

I am having the same issue.
As a Global Admin in 6 different organisations. I am restricted when added as a Guest from another Tenant using my primary login.
Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:
- Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook
- Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams
- Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.
