    If you are part of 3 Teams sites, you don't need this functionality, if you are part of 50 Teams sites, you DO.

    Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.     Time entered and time left would be quite helpful. Although you'll need to consider whether someone dropped off because of poor network issues, so that doesn't count against their attendance.

    Having to create screenshots is a poor solution. Please record the list of people who join a mtg.

    Thank you for your continued feedback. We have a feature on the backlog for popping out content, so that you can see one screen with the video gallery and one screen with the shared content. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

    We are happy to inform you that you are able to join meetings by choosing “Call me” from the join dropdown on iOS & Android. To use this feature, you need to provide a phone number where you can receive a phone call. If the call is accepted, your meeting audio will switch to the cellular connection. Your personal and work phone numbers, if added to your account, will be available for selection automatically.

    The team is working to release this feature for Desktop. I don’t have dates to share at this time, but will keep you posted.

    Just to put things in perspective, my calculator from the late 1980's could remember the last number I typed in. Hoping that Teams is up to the challenge!

    Microsoft I beg you to give me the freedom to rename/delete the Channel I brought into existence! In the mean time, I'm telling my team members that my nickname is 'The General', so they know that's where I keep my files.

    Would also like the option to make channels Public, but with a defined access list. In other words, it's not restricted to official team members, but not open to the whole organization necessarily. Ideally you could have both options: 1 accessible by entire org, 2 accessible by an owner-defined access list. Without this type of functionality, we will be forced to configure teams in an odd way. For example, instead of making a Teams site for a project team where we can define a core team, and then secondary contributors, we'll need to make a Teams site for each functional group, or multiple Teams sites for functional group based on primary team members or secondary contributors, this will be too confusing, and we'll probably just reduce the amount of information that flows through Teams.

    I don't want to make 30 people, who intermittently participate in a project, members on the team. If I did that, then I would have make all the other channels private and then maintain access lists for all those other channels, there's no way I'm going to maintain access lists for 20 channels for 25 full time team members. What is needed is the ability to make a channel, within the team, that has a unique access list, separate from the team member list. The Private channel 'improvement' forces you to make everyone, even those people who will access your team a single time, a full fledged member, and that's not the functionality that's being requested. 55 people overall will participate in the project, only 25 of them are full-time, full-access team members, but we need a space within Teams to allow limited access to the other 30 intermittent support people.
