The sharing of such files will need to be done via the O365 app (word, excel, etc) as it follows the logic defined by the Office app being used.

I understand where this anonymous comment is coming from, but even organizing them neatly in OneDrive means you have to go back, again, and send the file to a different team. Everything should be able to happen at once; if it doesn't, then the app is just making things more difficult and time consuming.
