Hello awesome educators. Within the Insights tab educators now have access to engagement data including when students work on assignments, files, conversations/chat, and meetings. Please see this article for additional details:

just like physical, in person meetings, it's very often the case that one person organises meetings on behalf of the requester/presenter. So it is in online meetings.
In such scenarios, the organiser won't be available to admit the presenter into the lobby.
As online meetings become more common - sometimes the default - this enhancement is really needed.
