This is very much needed! As much is Teams helps with organization and collaboration, Teams also can be very unorganized, one way to help would be to be able to rename the general channel.

This is a must! How I can ask someone to use a tool for a team and not let them see who the team members are.
Mobile or desktop client. Teams has a very confusing look, especially for new users. If the original view, when opening the app shows all teams collapsed, users will not have this mess that they have to immediately decipher, every time they go into the app.
