Mobile or desktop client. Teams has a very confusing look, especially for new users. If the original view, when opening the app shows all teams collapsed, users will not have this mess that they have to immediately decipher, every time they go into the app.

Agreed this is a huge miss. The random order is adding to the "this is a mess" opinion for new users.

This is very much needed! As much is Teams helps with organization and collaboration, Teams also can be very unorganized, one way to help would be to be able to rename the general channel.

Same here - Please make this an option, as it appears to be.
We also use Jabber for IM. If you have users Start Jabber, then Outlook, then Teams last, it appears presence is managed by Jabber.
It should not be this difficult. Please resolve.
